I'm black (not African American) so I know when it comes to darker skin tones, in certain cultures and regions they are more racist or just don't like the skintone, even in places like India darker skin is seen as a lower cast system.
The Anon person is obviously racist, but I personally don't care, about it, I don't know his reasoning, nor will I ever meet them, so it doesn't matter.
From the way you talk though I can see you're normally a troll on this site but this topic made you actually get serious, because you are obviously against racism deep in your heart, (as compared to your LGBTness, which seems more tribal than thoughtful) so it is a culture shock too you that the many cultures in the world are deeply racist as such.
I just want to let you know two things:
First it's when it comes to arab culture, there's going to be a lot you don't like, they never even had a push against in thier internal culture to stop slavery (and started thier own of blacks long before whites did), it just grew out of fashion for em because the rest of the world didn't like it(but they still have a heavy illigal slave trade there of really any ethnicy now)
Second you need to understand Humans are an animal first, irrelevant of intellect, we dislike and hate each other for literally every and any reason. Especially when things are vastly different.
In the country I live there are more than 300 tribes and tribalism is somthing you get used too.
You can't force people to like you and trying to do so will make them futher dislike you.
