Updated to Lunacid version 2.0.6

LUNACID_Remove_Pronouns - Removes all related text from the character creator screen.
LUNACID_Sex_Male_Female - Changes 'Pronouns' to 'Sex' and provides the only two appropriate options: 'Male' or 'Female'.

It also changes the references in the in-game manual.

Installation:

Place the respective folder into the game's directory and overwrite all files when prompted.

To remove pronounces manually:

I don't have the game, but the manual editing should definitely work, unless they hid something intentionally
