The mod changes "Pronouns" to "Sex" and provides the only two logical selections: "Male" and "Female".

Installation:

Place the respective folder into the game's directory and overwrite all files when prompted.

To remove pronounces manually:

I don't have the game, but the manual editing should definitely work, unless they hid something intentionally
