if you take something like Japan, with 0.02% black population
they tend to adapt the Japanese behavior and culture pretty quickly and don't cause trouble

My opinion is similar to the one of the admin, as long as the black - and dark-skinned immigrants in general - are willing to adapt to the local White culture then things are usually good for the most part.

Issues always arise when the black immigrants refuse to assimilate and insist on continue acting as if they were still living in the shithole country they escaped from.

Bingo, large groups of any "race" or "tribe" prevents/hinders assimilation, as it is far easier to just form enclaves of your original "race/culture" within the host nation.
