[Fallout: London] is a free total conversion mod for Fallout 4, available to anyone who owns the base game and all of its DLCs. It is developed non-commercially by Team FOLON, many of whom are proud London residents or expats.
The mod (gender.esp) changes several elements of writing. For now, changes include: Changing Body Type at the start to Gender, changing the GOG Patreon terminal to a lore terminal by Smythe (terminal now Novice locked), changes the Holocaust exhibit in Imperial War Museum into a more general Fallout Resource War one, and changes "Hun's Buzzsaw" to "Hitler's Buzzsaw" in one of the loading screens.
