I saw several people asking for a flag mod so I created one. It swaps out the Belfry flag (and only the Belfry flag) with one of the Gotham City flag.

Installation:

Put the .pak file into the the "Paks" folder in the following game directory:
\Gotham Knights\Mercury\Content\Paks
